Ac’cent Cucumber Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced (best with a mandolin)
- 1 spring onion (scallion), sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced or grated
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- ½ tsp toasted sesame oil
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp Ac’cent
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- Optional: chili flakes for heat
Directions
- Prep the cucumbers
Slice a whole cucumber thinly, you can use a sharp knife, or mandolin - Combine in a jar or bowl
Add cucumber slices to a jar or bowl, then toss in scallions, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, sugar, Ac’cent and sesame seeds - Shake or toss
If using a jar with a lid, shake vigorously. If in a bowl, toss until everything is well coated. - Serve immediately
Enjoy right away to maintain crisp texture (letting it sit longer softens it). Top with chili flakes if you like a spicy kick
